FASTENation Unveils Range of Double-coated, Acrylic Bonding Tapes

   FASTENation has announced the launch of their SUMMIT™ Adhesive Tape line, a broad range of high performance double-coated, acrylic bonding tapes.

   These peak performance tapes are capable of handling nearly any critical industrial application that requires high shear or high bond strength.

    They offer excellent UV aging, chemical and temperature resistance

    They can adhere to almost any substrate, including irregular surfaces.

We created the line in response to our customers’ requests for an aggressive bonding tape that can handle a range of environmental extremes. These tapes are available with various adhesive thicknesses making them suitable for many applications.   The SUMMIT™ Adhesive Tape line is comprised of four tapes, each with varying performance characteristics to meet nearly any application requirement. The premier tape is FASTENation’s FALCONTAPE™ (FADC4373), which offers bonding power for the most demanding applications and has the broadest range of features and benefits. 
 It has long term temperature resistance from -40°F up to 320°F, good plasticizer resistance, heavy coat weight for bonding to irregular surfaces, excellent shear strength, and a dimensionally stable liner ideal for precision die-cutting. FALCONTAPE™ can be used for bonding, joining, and laminating nearly any materials.

    Three Other Tapes

   The three other tapes are the FADC385, FADC780, and FADC365, which span a range of adhesive thicknesses (from 8 mil to as thin as 4 mil) and tacks. 
  The versatility of these tapes make them suitable for uses both indoor and out, including POP displays, banner applications, textiles, signs, extrusions, papers, films, flexible vinyl and many more. All tapes within the line can be slit to any desired width (1/4” up to 54”) or custom converted and/or laminated to meet exact customer specifications. 
    FASTENation anticipates growing the line with new additions in the future.
