Ellsworth Adhesives Strengthens its Presence in North-east with Acquisition of Wolcott-Park

Ellsworth Adhesives, a global distributor of adhesives, specialty chemicals and dispensing equipment, announced that it has acquired New York-based distributor, Wolcott-Park, Inc. Wolcott-Park specializes in industrial adhesives and dispensing equipment. This acquisition strengthens Ellsworth Adhesives’ presence throughout the north-east and allows the company to provide enhanced service, support and infrastructure throughout the area.
