Multi-Color Corporation Acquires Di-na-cal Label Business from Graphic Packaging

CINCINNATI, OHIO -- Multi-Color Corporation (NASDAQ: LABL) has acquired the Di-na-cal label business from Graphic Packaging International, Inc., effective immediately.

Di-na-cal operates manufacturing facilities in Cincinnati, Ohio and Greensboro, North Carolina and provides decorative label solutions primarily in the heat transfer label markets for Home & Personal Care and Food & Beverage through long-standing relationships with blue chip national and multi-national customers. Revenues related to the Di-na-cal business for calendar 2013 were approximately USD 64 million.
