DOW CORNING TO SHOWCASE RELEASE MODIFIERS, PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVES, ADDITIVES AND TECHNOLOGIES AT LABELEXPO EUROPE 2013

Dow Corning is an industry leader with expertise in silicones and silicone based technology, backed by more than 70 years of innovation. At this year’s LabelExpo Europe, Dow showcased that innovation with a new line of release modifiers. The Syl-Off SL 35 Release Modifiers offer tight release with a solvent-free, low platinum system. These products combine minimal platinum use with narrowly controlled release force and excellent stability. In combination these features give all the control of traditional release coatings, with improved cost savings. The line includes Syl-Off® Brand Advantage Series Solventless Release Coatings, Emulsion Coatings, and Fluorosilicone Release Coatings. The release systems are suitable for manufacturing pressure-sensitive label stock, release papers, adhesive tape liners, and other coatings for adhesive materials.
