DELO Unveils DELO-DOT PN2, a New System for Contactless Dispensing of Liquids

DELO Industrial Adhesives has developed a completely new system for contactless dispensing of liquid media. The unique DELO-DOT PN2 all-round jet system has a modular design, providing advantages in installation, operation, maintenance and costs.

"Having invested two years in intensive research and development work, we succeeded in producing a perfect jet valve. Customers will be impressed by the excellent performance of the all-round jet system DELO-DOT PN2 made in Germany", says Christian Walther, Director Sales Germany. The jet valve is compact, precise, light-weight and has a unique modular design.

DELO-DOT PN2 is easy to disassemble, easy to clean, and every single valve part can be exchanged quickly. This flexibility saves the customer time and money in production. The valves special features also include the robust actuator that provides DELO-DOT PN2 with a long lifetime (more than 1,000 million cycles) and a very high jet impulse.

With the new DELO-DOT PN2, DELO is launching a jet valve that sets new standards in terms of lifetime, application areas and user friendliness.
