FLEXcon Adds SA9000D to its Range of High-performance Silicone Adhesive

FLEXcon, an innovator in adhesive coating and laminating, announced the FLEXcon SA Series of Silicone Adhesives designed to help customers define the most appropriate product for their application. With the addition of the companys SA9000D adhesive, FLEXcons SA Series of Silicone Adhesives now includes three silicone adhesive options for durable manufacturers and their suppliers: SA9000D, SA6000 and SA3000. The series marks the most expansive silicone adhesive offering available in the industry and provides FLEXcons industrial customer base with a wide range of high-performing adhesion products capable of meeting extreme high and low-temperature requirements.

Introduced in 2008 with the SA6000 tacky silicone adhesive and followed by the SA3000, the line now includes the SA9000D - a high-performance adhesive for superior adhesion to metals. Features and benefits of the FLEXcon SA Series family now include:

FLEXcon SA9000D:

Low tack, high-performance, permanent silicone adhesive
Ideal for temperatures ranging from -300°F to 500°F (-185°C to 260°C)
Short-term exposure temperature range up to 800°F INSERT INTO [lzx].[dbo].[tb_new]([id],[type],[title],[source],[personal],[image],[contents],[time],[number]) VALUES (427°C) to 1000°F INSERT INTO [lzx].[dbo].[tb_new]([id],[type],[title],[source],[personal],[image],[contents],[time],[number]) VALUES (538°C) (less than one hour)
Provides superior adhesion to metals
Available as self-wound and two liner transfer-tapes and single and double-coated constructions

FLEXcon SA6000

Moderate tack, high-performance, permanent silicone adhesive
Product is ideal for temperatures ranging from -300°F to 500°F (-185°C to 260°C)
Short-term exposure temperature range up to 800°F INSERT INTO [lzx].[dbo].[tb_new]([id],[type],[title],[source],[personal],[image],[contents],[time],[number]) VALUES (427°C) (less than one hour)
Provides excellent adhesion to metals, low surface energy plastics as well as silicone foam and rubber
Available as transfer-tapes and single and double-coated constructions (transfer tapes backed with a two-liner system)
