KODA Strengthens its Presence in CASE Market by Acquiring Kaufmann

STAMFORD, CONNECTICUT - KODA Distribution Group, a leading specialty chemical distributor, has acquired EW Kaufmann, headquartered in Bristol, PA. The transaction closed recently.
