Penford & Elmers Team-up to Develop New School Glue Naturals

Cedar Rapids, Iowa -- Penford Products, a division of Penford Corporation (NASDAQ: PENX) announced its support behind the launch of a natural school glue jointly developed with Elmers Products, Inc. The natural glue, which is being marketed as Elmers School Glue Naturals, uses Penfords proprietary PenFlex technology.

Elmers pourable School Glue Naturals consists of 99 percent natural ingredients and is made from renewable plant-based resources. The adhesive is safe, non-toxic and washable and was also designed to apply and dry clear to meet parents and teachers needs for school products.
