HERMA to Build its Network for Self-adhesive Materials by Appointing Result Packaging as its Sales Partner 

HERMA continues to develop its international sales network for self-adhesive materials. Result Packaging Pty Ltd. of Melbourne has been appointed as the exclusive sales partner in Australia. To be more precise, the experienced team of three, headed by sales manager Michael Dossor, have assumed responsibility there for selling and marketing self-adhesive materials. "The growing interest in, and increasing number of inquiries for our products have prompted us now to adopt a systematic approach to deal with the Australian market. Together with Result Packaging, we can now offer the high-quality support there that our customers elsewhere already enjoy," explains HERMA managing director Dr. Thomas Baumgartner. For many years, Result Packaging has been serving its customers with a comprehensive offering, including end-to-end packaging solutions in some cases. Dr. Baumgartner continues, "Against this background, our Australian partner already has excellent contacts with both label printers and the packaging industry."

Outstanding reputation

"Products made in Germany enjoy an outstanding reputation in Australia, and that includes self-adhesive materials as well," insists Michael Dossor. "In particular, HERMAs strategy of formulating multi-purpose adhesives with value-added benefits at no extra cost is already attracting a lot of interest here." Result Packaging has also been selling HERMA labellers, among other products, very successfully since 2010. "A deep-seated understanding of dispensing technology is a massive advantage when advising self-adhesive material users," comments Dr. Baumgartner.
