Patent - This invention describes a hot-melt adhesive unit of an adhesive bonding arrangement for adhesively bonding a first component, for example a vehicle window, to a second component, for example a vehicle frame. The hot-melt adhesive unit contains a hot-melt adhesive body having a base region and a head region. The hot-melt adhesive body is at least partially bounded laterally in the base region by the casing, and projects beyond the head region. Thereby, the head region forms the adhesive bond, beyond the casing.
