Epoxyset Offers EC-1015, a Thermally Conductive Epoxy Potting Compound

EC-1015 is Epoxysets most popular potting compound. With a thermal conductivity above 1.4 W/mK and excellent moisture and electrical resistance, it can be used in a wide array of applications. EC-1015 is a two component epoxy that also features very low thermal expansion as well as low stress on embedded parts. Typical applications include potting or encapsulating electronic components such as transformers, capacitors, D/C converters, small fuses, etc.

A low mixed viscosity and very long work life make it an excellent choice for automated and meter mixed dispensing. Low shrinkage during cure also facilitates efficient productivity and quick turnaround on product manufacturing. EC-1015 is a heat cure epoxy system that has a Tg of over 120°C INSERT INTO [lzx].[dbo].[tb_new]([id],[type],[title],[source],[personal],[image],[contents],[time],[number]) VALUES (250°F) and cures very hard giving it excellent physical and chemical shock resistance.
