Dow Corning at COMPAMED: to Showcase Innovative Silicone Solutions

MIDLAND, Mich. -- Dow Corning will launch its Dow Corning QP1 Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) and Dow Corning QP1 Silicone Elastomer High Consistency Rubber (HCR) product lines at COMPAMED 2012 this November 14-16, at the Düsseldorf Trade Fair Center in Düsseldorf, Germany. Dow Corning healthcare experts will be located in Hall 8A, Booth M27 and will be ready to speak with members from the global community of medical device fabricators and OEMs.

Along with the Silastic brand and Dow Corning brand LSR and HCR product lines, Dow Corning experts will showcase other innovative silicone solutions for medical device fabrication, including soft skin adhesives, fluids, emulsion, dispersion and tubing.

Additionally, visitors to the Dow Corning booth can view the paper authored by Dow Corning scientists Jim Curtis and Dr. Andre Colas. This paper was recently published as section 11.5.8 in Biomaterials Science: An Introduction to Materials in Medicine.
